Back in November, it was disclosed that Battlefield 4 would be getting a free remake of a Battlefield 2 map by the end of the year. It's now been revealed that alongside the holiday patch, Dragon Valley is rolling out now for current-generation consoles and PC.
Dragon Valley is joined by popular Battlefield 3 map Noshahr Canals, as well as a patch that makes fixes and adjustments to game modes, animations, and audio. When EA asked fans which classic map they'd want remade, Dragon Valley was one of the more popular responses. It's now being released in the free Legacy Operations DLC pack.
Although this DLC is not coming to last-generation consoles, EA assured players that they are not abandoning support for them.
