Batman: Arkham Knight - Another setback for the PC version.

The PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight won't be supporting dual-GPU setups, Warner Bros. as confirmed by developer Rocksteady. After months of investigation into the matter with its hardware partners, Rocksteady has chosen to abandon its efforts for SLI and Crossfire support.

As spotted by Rock, Paper, Shotgun, a Warner Bros. representative shared more details on the "difficult decision" to abandon dual-GPU support in the game's Steam forums.

"The result was that even the best case estimates for performance improvements turned out to be relatively small given the high risk of creating new issues for all players," it said. "As a result, we've had to make the difficult decision to stop work on further multi-GPU support. We are disappointed that this was not practical and apologize to those who have been waiting for this feature."
This is just the latest setback for Arkham Knight's PC version.
