Hitman Episode 3: Release Date, New Screens, More Details Revealed

Hitman's third episode, Marrakesh, will be launching on May 31, developer IO Interactive revealed today. It follows episodes set in Paris and Sapienza; this time, the action takes place in Morocco.
"We knew that Marrakesh had to be something extraordinary, so the team set out to build a location that was both teeming with life and with things to do," IO's community manager Travis Barbour said in a post on the PlayStation Blog.
"Marrakesh has been built with a maze of alleys, a range of souks that line the medina walls, and a fully fletched shisha café," he explained. "Moving upwards, players can enjoy the shade on the signature rooftop terraces of Marrakesh."

There will be two targets to take down in the Marrakesh episode as part of the "Gilded Age" mission. One of these is a private banker named Claus Strandberg, who is hiding out in the Swedish Consulate building. The other target is General Reza Zaydan, who is surrounded by an "elite squad" of guards in the middle of the city.
"Both targets will be challenging to reach and both will of course have some entertaining special moments attached to them that will allow players to dole out some poetic justice," Barbour explained.
In addition to the main mission, Marrakesh adds "a lot more live content," including a "wide range of challenges and opportunities," Barbour said. Additionally, there will be additional Elusive Targets and Escalation Contracts to take on.
Marrakesh is Hitman's third episode. If pricing follows from the second chapter, Sapienza, you can expect Marrakesh to cost $10 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. You can also get all six episodes through the $60 "full experience" package.
