First Rise Of The Tomb Raider PC Screens Look Predictably Stunning

A part of the internet have hailed Rise of the Tomb Raider as the best looking game of 2015. And that’s just when it’s been running on an Xbox One. Imagine what it can look like with the weight of a high-end gaming PC and a 4K monitor behind it and the mind boggles.

We’ve only got three weeks to wait to see what all the fuss is all about anyway, because Rise of the Tomb Raider launches on January 28th. In the meantime Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics have released the first ever batch of PC screenshots for Lara’s latest grave-robbing jaunt, and it really never has looked better.

“The PC release of Rise of the Tomb Raider continues the positive momentum from our highly successful partnership and collaboration with Microsoft for the launch on Xbox One and Xbox 360,” said Scot Amos co-Head of Studio at Crystal Dynamics. 'Highly successful' might be pushing it Scot, but it was certainly critically acclaimed. “PC players are a passionate, devoted audience and we know they’ll embrace the version created for their systems,” continued Ron Rosenberg, co-Head of studio at Crystal Dynamics.
In the meantime, the Rise of the Tomb Raider minimum system requirements were released yesterday.
