Square Enix has affirmed Dragon Quest Heroes is coming to PC in just a fortnight's time. The Musou-style hack and slash is from the creators of the Dynasty Warriors series, transforming Square Enix's beloved RPG series into large-scale, action-packed warfare.
Going by the full name Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below, the PC port comes with support for higher resolutions, along with some exclusive new gear, including eleven additional weapons and two bonus maps. Have a look at the Dragon Quest Heroes system requirements.

Dragon Quest Heroes continues in the fine Japanese port tradition of plucking CPU requirements out of a hat. A quick glance over everything else reveals it all to be as expected, but there's no way on Earth these two processors are needed for minimum and recommended respectively. Remember this is a game which also launched on the PS3, which has an absolutely ancient Cell processor. As such, I'd think it's likely you could get away with far less than what's suggested here on PC, with the recommended in particular being right at the high end.
