Elder Scrolls Legends has been Delayed to 2016

The Elder Scrolls Legends will not make it out this year as was previously planned. Bethesda's Pete Hines confirmed on Twitter that the free-to-play collectible card game has been pushed out of 2015 so the development team can spend more time getting the game polished and ready for launch.

"I think it's safe to say it's not coming in the next 15 days," Hines responded to a fan, referencing the end of 2015.

The Elder Scrolls Online is already up and running as Hines said he's currently playing the game. But the final, finished consumer version is not going to make it out this year. The fan said he hopes the delay means the final product is a "more polished and better game at release." Hines responded by saying, "That's the idea." The game was revealed during Bethesda's E3 presentation in June. No gameplay was shown in the debut trailer, nor has any footage been released since. However,  we can be sure that Elder Scrolls Legends will include Khajiit, Orcs, Elves, Nords, and Ghouls in some way.
