Square Enix has announced Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, the concluding chapter to the Final Fantasy XIII trilogy, will be coming to PC on December 10th. The series has taken time getting here, but get here it has. In Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, players once more take control of the titular heroine Lightning, embarking on a massive time-hopping quest to save the world from total destruction. Trust a JPRG to get all histrionic.

If you've played either of the two previous FFXIII games then you'll be aware the system requirements for Lightning Returns are essentially identical. If you haven't played either FFXIII or FFXIII-2 first then I highly recommend you do so first, if you want to make any sense of this one's plot.
