Franklin Clinton:

 Franklin Clinton, also known as frankie or FC, was born in south Los Santos in 1988. His father abandoned his mother while she was pregnant with Franklin, so, he didn't grow up knowing his father but often heard that his father was physically abusive towards his mother. She therefore became a cocaine addict. Her addiction eventually led to her death (probably caused by an overdose). After his mother's death, he moved to live with his grandparents. He attended Davis high school, where he met Lamar Davis (who became his best friend), Tanisha Jackson (who became his girlfriend) and Tonya Wiggins. He also met JB Bradshaw with whom he started selling cigarettes with until they were caught by his grandfather. At age 14, Franklin kissed Tonya Wiggins publicly at a burger shot and got arrested for public exposure. Although, he was constantly being spoiled by his grandmother, a stubborn Franklin was determined to become a gangster. His grandparents died sometime in his adolescence and his grandmother left Franklin and his aunt, Denise Clinton, a house on forum drive in her will.

 He lived with Denise Clinton and his cousin, Tavell Clinton (who later joined "the families"). Franklin Clinton later got expelled from high school for beating up a teacher for an undisclosed reason. He later started selling drugs for a local drug dealer called Marcus, but he later killed Marcus for wanting him to do something "above and beyond". However, in 2008, Franklin got arrested and was sent to prison. When he was released, he decided to give up his gang activities and get a job, he later got employed along with Lamar at premium deluxe motors, where he worked for Simeon yetarian as a repossession agent. At a point, he managed to break into the De Santa house to repossess a beejay XL purchased by Jimmy De Santa . Michael de Santa was in the backseat and ordered Franklin, at gun point, to drive into the company's showroom, smashing the window, which led to the firing of franklin and Lamar. Franklin later began to work for Michael, as he was impressed by his " criminalism", Michael in turn saw 'great potentials' in Franklin and employed him on two jobs, and various heists, a father-son relationship was being gradually built between them. On one occasion, Franklin helped Michael rescue Jimmy when Jimmy phoned Michael to tell him that his yacht has been stolen with him on it. He also helped Michael tear down a deck, with a pick up truck. 

 Franklin is calm, ambitious (perhaps too ambitious and that is his greatest weakness) and will readily accept illegal challenges. He has also shown that he is loyal and cares about people around him (he risked his life on different occasions to rescue Lamar, jimmy, Michael, Trevor and some others), he can also be friendly and gets along with Michael's family, though, he barely knows them. Franklin is also a tidy person as he lovesto keep his image and surroundings clean, unlike Michael and Trevor, evident from cutscenes, he can be seen cleaning his buffalo s, bagger, doing house chores or ironing his clothes. 

He lacks initiative and seems to suffer a degree of depressing (when he is high, he sometimes comments on how lonely and empty he feels), he also takes care of Lamar's dog, Chop. The only known serious relationship he was involved in was with Tanisha Jackson. Franklin loves to keep fit and does exercises, he is six feet tall and also has a good fashion sense. His typical attire is a blue and white button-up shirt, dark blue jeans or black pants with white stripes and a pair of brown or dark yellow boots. Being a former repoman, he is an extremely skilled driver and has the ability to slow down time while driving (he hates bashing his car as he will sometimes say "b*tchass bullshit" when he does).
