The Assassin's Creed Collection Is Probably Not What You Thought It Was

Last year, Ubisoft registered a domain name which was related to something called the Assassin's Creed Collection. Given that, Ubisoft has already released a game called Assassin's Creed: The America's Collection, some fans might have thought this would be an HD re-release of other games in the series. But that is not the case. In fact, it's not even a game at all.

GamesRadar reports that the Assassin's Creed Collection is a monthly magazine figure collection from Hachette Partworks. You pay a monthly fee and in turn receive hand-painted, 1:21 action figures based on characters from the series. You also get an illustrated magazine that has information about the characters and where they fit in the overall game universe.
Some of the figures include Altair (Assassin's Creed), Ezio (Assassin's Creed II), Haytham Kenway (Assassin's Creed III), Jacob Frye (Assassin's Creed Syndicate), Cesare Borgia (Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood), and Shay Cormac (Assassin's Creed: Rogue).

These are all officially licensed figures. You can learn more about the Assassin's Creed Collection here.
